How does NOVA SYSTEMS make money?

We earn revenue through the installation of solar panels, HVAC systems, roofing, batteries, and other energy solutions. We also receive commissions from manufacturers and utility programs when customers access rebates and incentives. Our business model is built on providing honest assessments—we only recommend solutions that truly benefit our customers, even if it means less immediate revenue for us.

Do you offer financing?

Yes! We offer multiple financing options including $0 down payment plans, low-interest loans, and lease options. We also help you access Mass Save® HEAT Loans (0% interest) and other programs to minimize out-of-pocket costs.

Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Our technicians are certified professionals with specialized training in solar installation, HVAC systems, and energy efficiency. We maintain all required state and local licenses.

What sets NOVA SYSTEMS apart from other contractors?

We take an 'efficiency-first' approach, optimizing your home's performance before recommending solar or other upgrades. We coordinate all aspects of your energy journey including Mass Save® rebates, connect you with trusted partners for specialized work, and prioritize honesty over sales—sometimes that means telling you to wait if the timing isn't right.

Do you handle permits and utility approvals?

Yes! We manage all permitting, utility interconnection applications, and inspection scheduling. You don't need to worry about paperwork or dealing with utility companies—we handle everything.

What warranties do you offer?

We offer comprehensive warranties including 25-year manufacturer warranties on solar panels, 10-15 year warranties on inverters and batteries, 10-year workmanship warranties on installations, and extended warranties on HVAC equipment. Specific warranty terms vary by product and service.

Can NOVA SYSTEMS help with multiple services at once?

Absolutely! In fact, we specialize in coordinating multiple projects. For example, we can help you start with a Mass Save® assessment, upgrade to a heat pump, repair or replace your roof, and then install solar—all in the right sequence to maximize rebates and efficiency.

How do I get started?

Simply contact us for a free consultation. We'll assess your home, discuss your energy goals, explain available incentives, and create a customized plan. There's no pressure—we're here to educate and help you make the best decision for your situation.

Do you provide ongoing maintenance and support?
