1. Program Description

NOVA ENERGY SYSTEMS LLC, doing business as NOVA Systems USA ("NOVA," "we," "our," or "us"), operates a text messaging program for customers and prospective customers who request information about our residential solar, HVAC, roofing, Mass Save, and whole-home energy services. Messages include appointment scheduling and confirmations, assessment and installation updates, project status notifications, responses to your questions, and occasional promotional offers relating to our services.

2. How You Opt In

You are enrolled in this program only when you affirmatively give us your consent. That happens in one of the following ways:

• You check the SMS consent box on a form on our website and submit your phone number.
• You give verbal or written consent to a NOVA representative in person, including at your door or at an in-home appointment.
• You text us first, or reply to a message we send at your request.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can request our services, get a quote, and book an assessment without ever agreeing to receive texts. If you would rather we only call or email you, tell us and we will honor that.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity with us. You can typically expect up to 6 messages per month. During an active assessment, design, or installation you may receive more, because those messages relate to scheduling and project updates.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. NOVA does not charge you for the messages themselves. Contact your carrier for details about your plan, and note that we are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, which depend on your carrier's network.

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also reply with QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After you send one of those keywords, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending you texts from that program. If you want to rejoin later, sign up again through any method in Section 2, or reply START. You can also opt out by emailing hello@novasystemsusa.com or calling (508) 474-5501.

6. How to Get Help (HELP)

7. Supported Carriers

This program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Your Privacy

We take the privacy of your mobile information seriously.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may share your information with service providers who help us operate the messaging program, such as our telephony provider, strictly so they can deliver messages on our behalf. Those providers are bound by written confidentiality and data-protection agreements and may not use your information for their own marketing. 9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Your continued participation in the messaging program after we post an update means you accept the revised terms.
