• Heat pump and HVAC installation
• Solar system design and installation
• Battery storage, EV charging, and roofing services through NOVA ENERGY SYSTEMS LLC and its installation partners
• Rebate and incentive application assistance

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, design elements, and software — and the names and brands "NOVA ENERGY SYSTEMS" and "NOVA SYSTEMS USA" are the proprietary property of NOVA ENERGY SYSTEMS LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, displayed, or used to create derivative works without our prior written consent.

• We do not guarantee any specific savings, rebate amount, or financial outcome.
• We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOVA ENERGY SYSTEMS LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the website or services. NOVA ENERGY SYSTEMS LLC works in affiliation with Mass Save® participating contractors to help homeowners access available rebates and programs. NOVA ENERGY SYSTEMS LLC is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Mass Save® program or the participating utilities. Our website may also link to other third-party websites and resources. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service, and you access them at your own risk.

10. Privacy
