What Our CustomersAre Saying

I want to extend a thank you to Carlos and the NOVA SYSTEMS team for making our solar journey such a smooth experience. From start to finish, Carlos was consistent and responsive, keeping us updated every step of the way. The team worked diligently to complete our solar project within a reasonable timeframe, and their professionalism and attention to detail stood out. On top of that, we were able to get a new roof as part of our solar project, which was a great bonus! Thank you Carlos and NOVA SYSTEMS.

Working with Carlos and the NOVA SYSTEMS team has been an amazing experience from start to finish. We started with a Mass Save energy assessment, which led to replacing all old windows. From there, Carlos helped me through a full roof replacement, gutter replacement, and also helped me find a French drain contractor. The bundling of this work with the solar system came at an incredibly reasonable price. The final piece was going solar, and now my system is officially activated and producing energy! Carlos is an amazing sales person and project manager. At no point did I feel pressured to make decisions. He took countless hours to explain our options to the point we felt comfortable buying our solar system in-full. Carlos continues to be in contact to ensure we are producing energy at rates as promised which is very reassuring they care about their word.

I had multiple companies come by, but none could make solar work for my home's unique roof layout. The offsets were low, the designs were not really the best, and I felt like it just wasn't possible until Carlos stepped in. He actually listened, used high-efficiency black-on-black panels, and helped me take advantage of the Mass Save program. Now I have a system that looks great and meets my needs. If you've been told solar won't work for your home, talk to Carlos. He'll figure it out.

We worked with Carlos Quinones of NOVA SYSTEMS. He is fantastic. Excellent communication, kept us up to date on progress on our project and went out of his way to explain the process, cost estimates, technical details and tax benefits with solar installation. He epitomizes customer service. I would recommend him any time.
